Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Order Cancellations and Returns
If a customer places an order and later decides to cancel or return it for personal reasons (including changing their mind or refusing delivery), the refund will be 80% of the purchase price of the item. The remaining 20% will be retained to cover processing, payment, handling, and administrative costs.
This condition applies only to returns that are not the result of a defective, damaged, or incorrect item received.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the return is approved because of our error or a defective product, you will receive a full refund (100%).
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (subject to the refund policy above) and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing a justification, as required by applicable law.
However, where permitted by applicable law, refunds for voluntary returns are subject to the refund policy stated above. This does not affect your statutory rights under mandatory consumer protection laws.

Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
- For voluntary returns or order cancellations, approved refunds will be 80% of the purchase price.
- If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, an approved refund will be 100% of the purchase price.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
